Дизайн этого малыша был воплощен теми же ребятами, которые выдали дизайн Ducati 1098.

Говоря немного кратко, подготавливая вас к самой сути, можно сказать, что мотоцикл стал мульти по части сборки. По своему духу он - британец, по внешности - итальянец, железо Тайвани, а сборка Китая. Ну и, конечно, качество немцев.

Задняя часть рамы состоит из литого алюминия, а передняя из стальных труб. Спереди также находится вилка, диаметром 38 мм, можно сказать, что ее можно и не заметить, да и выглядит она на фоне общего дизайна серовато, но функции при езде выполняет отлично. Задний маятник состоит из алюминиевых трубок и он достаточно мощен.

Что касается обвеса, то он придает Megelli 250R неповторимый вид, можно сказать, что он чем-то похож Ducati 1098R. Дизайн на 5. Все элементы дизайна прорисовываются и выглядят отлично как при дневном свете, так и ночью. Все подогнано и притерто безупречно, в том числе, все кнопки и ручки. К общему дизайну можно также отнести и набор инструментов, а он восхищает.

Мотоцикл сам по себе достаточно легок, вы даже можете его поднять, как это сделал я. Ну поднять, конечно, за перед, а не весь мотоцикл. Его сухой вес 128,5 кг.

Как только вы садитесь на этот мотоцикл, вы начинаете чувствовать себя достаточно неудобно, дизайн Megelli 250R предполагает спортивную посадку, что в городских условиях достаточно проблематично, руки вскоре начинают ныть, но это еще пол - беды. В зеркала ничего не видно, а переключать тумблеры становится просто неудобно. Несмотря на все неудобство, это мотоцикл для городских условий, в качестве почти безупречный управляемости. Ну а что - он легок, и для своего класса достаточно мощен. Можно сказать, что вы икнули и он повернул в эту сторону, безупречно! Стоит правда наварить ограничители на вилку, так как при повороте ваши руки упрутся в пластик. Тормоза на Megelli 250R просто на ура, сначала они были немного неотзывчивые, но как только притерлись, то все. Тормоза дают полную уверенность остановки именно в нужном вам месте.

Но это немного сырой мотоцикл, правда. Но стоит пригнуться к баку как в зеркала, становится все видно, а переключать поворотники удобно. Передняя вилка начинает сглаживать все неровности, а вы начинаете чувствовать драйв. Он становится точным в выборе траектории, а вы настоящим пилотом. Свешиваться в повороте очень удобно, это благодаря небольшим размерам мотоцикла. А с учетом того, что двигатель работает достаточно ровно, в том числе и при ускорении, то крутить ручку газа можно и в повороте, и не переживать за то, что вы может упасть. Кстати, приятная для новичков новость, чтоб полностью ускориться в повороте, нужно перехватить ручку газа. Таким образом, это сигнал для вас, что может хватит.

Двигатель Megelli 250R

Двигатель 250 кубиков водяного охлаждения, спроектированная Piaggio Group (но делается в Тайване). Звук двигателя изумляет, это рокотание, которое приятно ушам и обеспечивает вниманием от прохожих, в общем, он чем-то похож на звук квадроцикла. КПП работает на 5, только немного сложно поймать нейтраль, но так как мотоцикл новый, можно предположить, что детали еще не притерлись. Первая передача достаточно хорошо тянет даже на низких оборотах, а динамика разгона прослеживается вплоть до красной зоны. Да, конечно, не стоит говорить о динамике разгона слишком сильно, все-таки это 250 кубов, асфальт не горит под задним колесом. Хотите этого - купите другой мотоцикл, он будет дороже. Максимальная скорость 150 км/ч. Megelli 250R чувствует себя стабильным на всем пути разгона, 120 км/ч достигаются достаточно легко.

Вывод

Итак, подводя итог. Вердикт покупать. Вам нужен опыт вождения спортивного мотоцикла. Вы можете сказать так: давайте купим японца, а я вам плавно укажу на ценник и тут ваши доводы закончатся. Я буду очень рад, если линейку фирмы Megelli пополнит еще пара мотоциклов, пока у них получается совсем неплохо. Да можно сказать, что это - полноценный конкурент.

2 stroke 125ccm sounds like a scooter, the 2 stroke engine is unreliable, but lighter and goes a bit faster. A 4 stroke is reliable as hell, sounds fair, are heavier and a bit slower. If you want to ride your bike on the road a 4 stroke is the way to go, but a 2 stroke are better if you know how to fix and have the money and the time. It's not funny when you're going home from school and suddenly your 2 stroke engine breaks down

My Benelli 125 2c sounds very better(2stroke;2cylinders);also my Cagiva Mito 125 sounds very better and goes over 180 Km/h;all the 125 2 stroke bikes sounds better and go faster than a 4stoke.

*113kmh. Not even 30hp 2-stroke 125 will be able to do 113mph. Or maybe barely with good adjustments, but not much more than that. And 4 strokes are usually full power already as a stock, some might have little restricts.

Who the fuck are you trying to kid. A 4 stroke 15hp won't get anywhere close to 113mph. You need roughly 35hp to get to that speed. Do the math, it's not hard. Did you mean 113kph, because that's much more believable, roughly 72mph.

What all of you think what i buy for a 125ccm ? A Derbi GPR 125, Megelli 125r or a Yamaha YZF R 125 ? The Yamaha is the best and more expensive right ?^^

This bike is cheap, but not that much cheap. The price is competitive and not less to far when compared to the Honda CBR250R or Kawasaki Ninja 250R. Just an info, in my country (Indonesia), the Megelli is sell in bigger displacement, which is 250cc, and the latest version, the Megelli 250RV have a slightly different price compared to CBR250R. And I think the company has been take over by German Company, SACHS, so the quality is not that bad. Correct me if I wrong.

hello im 15.5 years old and i just started to do lessons for a 125cc bike so what is the best bike i can buy in a cheap prise less than 2200$ ?

@ThrustUK single cyl 4 stroke sound like OHC or OHV lawnmowers. at least with a 2 stroke you're getting close to twice the power and they sound like GP machines

Why not a 250 engine?

I live in london, roads aren't too narrow here, wide enough to filter, but I can't stand waiting at the lights at the back of the que, so i just filter down slowly. lucky with the car mate, most people dont really think about bikes and dont even use their mirrors, makes me want to break them off since they're not using them anyway

I don't filter. Never been able to yet on my Sv650. There's either no point or I cant because the road is too narrow. Although Ive had a few people cut me up before, a car pulled out on me the other day, very close call. Woman driver. Why is it always woman drivers?

@IP1NKYI touch wood :D I started on a r125 back in '08 brand new, after two months I was filtering down the side and some smart ass decided to make a u turn without indicating and i tried to break but couldn't in time, so slided and smacked right in to the side of him, right fairings were destroyed but luckily was wearing full gear otherwise god knows what would of happened. got it repaired and still riding it today, thinking of moving to a ninja or gixxer soon

@IP1NKYI ohhh, i see what you mean, I must say for anyone else that is looking to start learning to start on a CBR, they're cheap and reliable, you dont need much more from a starter bike, btw, never knew that this model had these problems =(

I know that starting on a small bike is best. I started on a 50cc Scooter, then went onto a 125cc 4-Stroke. Now im on an SV650S and loving it. I dropped my scooter once on a mini roundabout. Never dropped my 125cc and haven't dropped my Sv650 yet. *touch wood* I just highly recommend staying AWAY from these bikes. A learner needs to be able to rely on their first bike to start and be easily to handle. The side stand on the Megelli is a big risk on left turns.

All im saying is that these bikes are not worth it. Like you said, its not if you drop it, its when. Now if you drop one of these bikes the plastics will basically shatter. And you will probably have alot of problems with it anyway such as constantly stalling which seems to be a common problem with these bikes. Now if it stalled half way round a turn, being a beginner there's a good chance that you will drop it due to it stalling.

@IP1NKYI Considering the engine sizes and the speed it produces it's not slow at all. furthermore people should start on a small engine to actually get used to riding properly, just the other day I was talking to some kid who had an GSXR 600, and he had the mentality that nothing would ever happen to him, he had no respect for others on the road, and no respect for the bike either. It's not if you'll ever drop down. It's when.

@IP1NKYI You're correct about some, but the problem is your classing all 125's under the same category.

Honda CBR 125's can usually make around 60 mph.

Yamaha YZF R-125's can usually get to around 70mph with ease, and maybe even 80 if you're light.

Aprilia RS 125's can reach around 90mph, and that's when it's restricted.

Also smaller bikes are much more easier to handle. any rider can tell you that.

People with the 250cc version have complained that it struggles to do anything above 65mph. And thats the 250cc version. Im guessing the 125cc version is very slow. Also if you turn the handle bars completely left, the fuel tank pressing the horn and the side stand scrapes on the floor if you try to lean over left to much.

@VCRAGE ducatti does one with similar framework.. although not sure the exact engine size..zx
