Заколебался я искать привода для клубней поэтому проштудировал инфу на сайте и сделал выжимку вот что получилось:
Валы в приводах бывают толстые (на 33 зуба) и тонкие (на 24 зуба), со стороны ступицы наружние шарниры все одинаковые - 25 зубцов. Это под передний привод, причем оригинальных номеров на разные машины не меньше 20 но они все одинаковые.
Под полный привод там передние привода другой конструкции.

А вот нипартс (картинку не получается вставить) Имеет 33 зуба на вал. Исходя из картинок делаю вывод что у меня Нипартс на 33 зуба ибо Якопартс Зеленого цвета шрус и смазка другая.

Казалось бы, информация о подборе пыльника ШРУСа (шарнира равных угловых скоростей) по его геометрическим характеристикам не имеет особого смысла, ведь всегда можно подобрать его по VIN-номеру автомобиля. Оказывается, что это не совсем так. Некоторые производители по непонятным причинам не указывают артикулы пыльников, а только всего привода. Во-первых, это может существенно осложнить подбор аналогов. Во-вторых, на некоторые автомобили даже неоригинальные пыльники не имеют артикулов. То есть в таком случае вам придется либо подбирать деталь иным путем, либо заменять весь привод.
Если кто-то не понимает, почему первый метод предпочтительнее, следует вспомнить о стоимости привода и отдельного пыльника: она отличается в несколько раз. Таким образом, вместо нескольких сот рублей вам грозят траты в несколько тысяч, а еще и оплата работы, если вы не будете производить замену самостоятельно.
Какие размеры нужно знать
Почему-то среди автовладельцев бытует мнение, что подбирать пыльник нужно именно по количеству шлицов. Видимо, это заблуждение появилось оттого, что шлицы – элементы унифицированные. Их изготовление обязательно происходит по ГОСТу, а значит, определенное количество шлицов должно соответствовать определенному диаметру вала. Это абсолютно верно, однако при одинаковом посадочном диаметре пыльники разных производителей могут отличаться по ряду параметров. Куда более предпочтительным и точным является подбор пыльника ШРУСа по геометрическим размерам гранаты (так называется сам шарнир).
Поэтому прежде чем производить какие-либо замеры, необходимо «добраться» до гранаты. Если у вас порвался внешний пыльник, то вам повезло, и привод можно хотя бы не снимать с автомобиля (что привело бы к необходимости заливать масло в коробку передач, то есть к лишним затратам). Если проблемы с внутренним пыльником – тут совсем без вариантов, только снимать привод и мерить.
Для того чтобы корректно выбрать пыльник ШРУСа, вам необходимо замерить три размера:
- Полная высота (или длина). Возможно, вы найдете то, что ищите уже по данному параметру. Если нет – проведите измерение номер два;
- Измерьте диаметр посадочного паза на валу;
- Последнее измерение – внешний диаметр , который соответствует диаметру паза на гранате.
По данным размерам подбор пыльника ШРУСа не должен вызвать у вас затруднений.
Как снять привод
Тем, кто не впервые сталкивается со снятием привода ШРУСов, будет полезна пошаговая инструкция на эту тему. Для начала поставьте автомобиль на нейтралку и ручник, не забудьте также поставить упоры под колеса. Далее, сорвите гайки крепления колеса, поддомкратьте автомобиль и снимите колесо. Желательно установить под машину опоры, чтобы предотвратить его падение. Следующим шагом открутите гайку ступицы.
Далее, нужно открутить болты крепления шаровой опоры к кулачку. На некоторых моделях автомобилей понадобится также выпрессовать саму шаровую из рычага. Чтобы это сделать, посмотрите данное видео:
Теперь вы сможете добраться до внешнего пыльника. Если вам нужен внутренний – открутите болты крепления привода к трансмиссии, предварительно слив из нее масло.
